Introduction

Interior Management is Manhattan’s premier residential renovation and construction partner.  Since 1981, we have provided our clients with exceptional service, meticulous execution, and extraordinary workmanship.

Our Process

The construction process is a collaborative effort, one in which client input is integral to an exceptional outcome. All projects begin with a preconstruction consultation to better understand each client’s vision and to develop a detailed construction plan that establishes timelines, budgets, materials, and all associated costs.

With the plan in place and goals defined, we select from our distinguished cast of trades, all of which have been working with us for years and share our dedication to process and outcomes. These long-standing relationships assure efficiency and trust in getting the job done right.

Each project embodies our dedication to uncompromising quality and exceptional service and is thoroughly inspected according to strict guidelines. Central to our success and reputation has been our ability to meet deadlines on every project and our ability to maintain long-standing relationships with clients, architects, and designers. Their collaborative energy and collective expertise as well as our own exacting standards elevate Interior Management above all others.
